1. The seller

2. The goods

The products sold by Alopit Kft. include plant-based food supplements, bioactive botanical preparations and wellness formulas, which we market as food supplements or products that support general well-being. The products are not a daily routine and do not qualify as a device for supporting a daily routine. The product pages state the contents, quantity and pack size of the package. Images are for illustration only; the packaging may show minor differences.

3. Ordering and contract

The order is created when you complete the payment process. We confirm it by email, and the contract becomes valid when the product is dispatched. If stock does not cover the order or we cannot verify the data, we may reject the order and refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given in HUF and include VAT where applicable. The delivery charge is shown before payment on the checkout page. Payment can be made using the following methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before dispatch and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

The available delivery options, deadlines and charges are listed on the Shipping and payment page. The risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.

6. Product images and colours

The images on the product pages were taken of the actual goods. The shade may differ slightly depending on how the monitor, browser and ambient light display it; such a difference is not considered a defect and therefore does not entitle you to free return or compensation. Exact dimensions, material composition and package contents are listed for every product.

7. Transfer of risk

We are responsible for the condition of the ordered goods until the courier hands the package over to you or to the recipient you have named. After that, the risk of damage or loss is borne by you. If the package shows visible signs of external damage, you must have a report drawn up with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you may return the product by following the instructions on the Returns page. Alopit Kft. applies the warranty and guarantee rules set out in Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code to the products. For food supplements and wellness products, the warranty claim can be enforced within two years of purchase, provided that the product was used as intended and the prescribed storage conditions were observed.

• Individually assembled or personalized products made to the customer's request.
• Perishable foods with an expiration date or products with a short shelf life.
• Dietary supplements with tamper-evident seals that have been opened by the consumer and cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with the product after delivery (e.g., powders or liquids that the consumer mixed with another substance).
• Digital content or media that the consumer opened or activated after delivery.

9. Liability

Alopit Kft.'s liability for damages arising from this contract is limited to the full value of the order to the maximum extent permitted by law, except in cases of intentional harm or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

10. Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. The products must be used as directed on the label and do not replace daily routine care.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection. The parties shall first settle disputes amicably; failing that, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts is agreed. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the court at the seller's registered seat shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights of the buyer's place of residence.
