The controller of personal data collected on the alopit.sale website is Alopit Kft. ("Alopit"). This document describes what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we retain it, who can access it, and what rights you have.

3. What we collect

When ordering, we collect the data essential for delivery: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the contents of the order. This site does not collect or store card details. While browsing, the site records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited, with the help of cookies detailed below.

  • Transaction and purchase history: ordered products, quantity, payment method, order amount.
  • Technical telemetry and device diagnostic data: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit times.

Courier services receive the data required for delivery. The payment service provider receives the data essential for completing the transaction. Hosting and analytics service providers process the data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Alopit Kft. never sells personal data to third parties and does not pass it on to advertising data brokers. This commitment also stands under the Hungarian data protection law (Act CXII of 2011) and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. How long we keep the data

Order data is stored for the period specified by the Accounting Act and then deleted. Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Analytics data is available to us for 14 months.

8. Your rights

The data subject is entitled to access, rectify, delete their personal data, and to data portability in accordance with the GDPR and the Hungarian data protection law (Act CXII of 2011). To exercise these rights, it is sufficient to send an email to [email protected], to which we respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Alopit Kft. does not collect or store bank payment details, as payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery (cash to the courier) or by direct bank transfer.
